The Details Matter
737 Duck Club is a highly improved recreational property consisting of 1786 total acres. 737 Duck Club has been intensively managed by professionals as well as experienced waterfowl hunters and consultants.
A complete levee and water control system is in place providing approximately 1350 acres of excellent waterfowl habitat. 737 Duck Club is the result of years of planning and development and has a proven history for consistent harvest of predominately mallards during the liberal 72-day Oklahoma duck season. World Class whitetail as well as Rio Grande Turkeys are abundant on the property.
Construction is currently underway on a completely new lodging complex which will ultimately house members and their guests in 12 master suites with private baths. In addition, open kitchens, large fireplaces both inside and out, a bourbon tasting room, a wine cellar, and an elevated waterfowl viewing area are just a few of the new amenities slated in the construction plans. A state-of-the-art gun and locker room are part of the current construction progress. The first lodge is expected to be completed in early 2026.

“As a waterfowl biologist we are trained to count duck numbers. I have conducted one count on the 737. It was a late Fall a few years ago. On that evening I estimated 30 plus thousand ducks coming into one side of the property, with the vast majority being mallards. Large numbers could be seen coming into the far side as well, but I was unable to count those.”
